This edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast is a replay of our live broadcast following tonight's trial match. A new offering for Wests Tigers fans, we intend to jump online and broadcast live through Wests Tigers Radio after each and every Wests Tigers match this year. We also should have some exciting news shortly on new live programming options on the Wests Tigers only radio station. But, for the time being at least, here's what Eddie Otto, Garry Watson, and Steve Stretton were thinking about the Wests Tigers performance immediately following the win over the Roosters...See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

The Wests Tigers Podcast introduces a whole new feature this week - actual listener interaction. We asked listeners to send in their questions and comments about the Wests Tigers and we're happy with the response. The questions and comments were so good we've decided to make this a regular feature. So, if you like what you hear this week, and want to contribute yourself, email us in your audio recordings to [email protected]. Also on this edition, featuring Eddie Otto, Garry Watson, and Steve Stretton, the boys take a well-known NRL journalist to task over some pretty strong comments he made about our club. There's also a deep dive into this week's trial match, in particular, how a near full-strength Wests Tigers team will go against a Roosters team missing plenty of star power. And the boys put their heads together to try and answer some great Wests Tigers trivia in the quiz. Don't forget too, we will go live once again this Friday night after the Roosters trial on Wests Tigers Radio (with hopefully fewer planes flying overhead), we hope you can join us for immediate reactions to that intriguing trial match.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

  • Episode 138: Wests Tigers Podcast 0138
We're literally just days away from the Wests Tigers taking the field for the first time in 2022.But before a ball is kicked there's a big Wests Tigers issue that has fans talking - where the team should call home. It's a long-running discussion, true, however, things seemed to shift last week when the Sydney Morning Herald published a story that seemed to have the inside word on what the club is thinking. The report says after the 2023 season the Wests Tigers will go back in time and split home games between the club's two traditional grounds - Leichhardt and Campbelltown. That means no more wondering gypsies existence and the club moving away from CommBank Stadium (Parramatta Stadium) and the Olympic Stadium in Homebush. Is this a good move? Is this the direction the club should be taking? We thought we would get together and produce an edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast to discuss the developments. We hope you enjoy it. Don't forget, you can also have your say on the Wests Tigers home grounds issue on the Wests Tigers Podcast Forum.
