What do you truly want this holiday season? 

In this episode, I share my insights from an online Cathy Heller event from November,  where he encouraged us to tune into our most authentic, abundant selves. 

 This is so important, especially during the busy holiday stretch. As we move through the holidays, let’s ask ourselves what we truly want and intentionally align our thoughts and actions to create a vibrant, authentic life. 

Here are my top 3 takeaways::

Get Clear on What You Want: Reflect and ask yourself, “What do I want?” Write it down! Whether it’s joy, peace, or abundance, being conscious of your desires opens you to receiving them.

Tune Your Thoughts Like a Radio: Identify the thoughts you want to keep on repeat to support your vision and energy.

Practice Receiving Abundance Daily: Simple rituals—like journaling, breathwork, nature walks, or prayer can be helpful.
