I am so happy to have Brooke Ashley aka The Doll aka @the_brooke_ashley back on the mic! This episode was so much fun and such a treat! We talked about Atlanta and Bolo (Chanel anyone) and how we weren't here for Private Eye Kenya (but who was she talking about) and the energy between Porsha and Bolo. Then we went west and talked the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City reunion. We touched on Jen and her housewives starting point to where she is now,  her use of hot button issues to deflect from her own behavior, Mary and internalized self hate and the way Heather seemed to do a 180 on a dime.  And we had a fun little detour about Valentines day, dating and housewives who reach out to You tubers and social media accounts to gain fan leverage.

In this episode Donny Hadfield-Smith, co-host of Know That podcast and host of  Truly Anything podcast and his husband Quinten Lamar (aka Quin) co-host of Know That podcast and host of This Is Gonna Be Good podcast, join me and Producer Cory for a couples conversation. We start out talking to Donny and Quinn about how they met, what led up to their first date and when they knew it was love (or at least when they knew they needed to live together.)
Then we get deep and talk about navigating this world as an interracial couple as Donny is white and Quinn is black. We talk their family and friends reactions, the micro-agressions that Donny grew to recognize and how he learned what being anti-racist truly is. And Quinn shared the realization he came to about his expectations of Donny and his appreciation that Donny truly has his back and is always receptive to his feelings. 
And we finish by playing a fun  Bravo couples themed game that involved a Summerhouse and a Winterhouse of couples...

This week I had the pleasure of speaking with @dr.monica aka Black Girl Magic! Dr. Mo and I got into some of everything including how she came to be a psychologist at Harvard University and what that was like as a black woman, her time at UNC Chapel Hill that impacted how she felt about being black and the pride that comes with it, the thoughtful conversation she had with Bravo executives prior to filming about the portrayal of Black women in tv and how Bravo was not only willing to listen but also responded positively by making an effort to diversify the film crew. She also talked about how her time on Camp Getaway, and how some of the responses to how she was portrayed, tested her biggest concerns; and she was open and honest about the emotional challenges she faced being the only black woman on the show and one being in a position of leadership.

We also talked a little Bachelor, a little housewife and that dang Vice article about Potomac that STILL lights me on fire!

I had so much fun talking to Dr. Monica on her first time on the podcast and trust me when I tell you, this is FAR from the last!

Welcome back for another episode! This week, I'm solo Bolo (kidding...). But it is just me and I'm talking all things ATL Baby! I recap the most recent episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta and our resident Juicy Peaches. 🍑 This week left me feeling like I ate a good appetizer but I'm still waiting on my meal. I also touch on Nene and the most recent interview she gave on a podcast where she talked about the "corporate devil" (her words, not mine.)
And I touch on voter suppression in the 1800's, voters suppression in the 1900's and voter suppression NOW (cause its still happening...it just looks a little different to some.) It looks like the former administration and his current supporters spouting baseless election fraud claims in areas that are highly populated by...you guessed it, Black people...who voted. Almost as if...black votes don't matter...

So many things have happened in the world of Bravo this week where do we begin? How about with Summerhouse and the two resident Gigglers Hannah and Paige. In this episode, Amanda from @itsallhappeningx  and the host of the It's All Happening Podcast and I talk about the Giggly Squads podcast episode discussing James Bond, the implosion of their facebook group, the new 2.0 group, Paige's apology with a side of white fragility (not about their Facebook Group) and Hannah's reason why they archived the group hint: not because of member's use of the "N-WORD", comparing Black Lives Matter protestors to animals and anti-semitism.
And we wonder why Instagram has been silent about it  yet loud about anti-racism.

This week on the podcast I have the pleasure of speaking to  B, who I "met" on Instagram and we had a great conversation! We start by talking the  RHOP legal filings. B works in Criminal Law  and gave some insight to what may have happened with Candiace and Monique's case and why it may have been looked at as tv fodder. Then we get deeper into criminal law and the disparities she has seen up close and personal within the justice system between black people and white people.  And B discusses how witnessing those disparities first hand shifted her dream to now wanting to  work for The Innocence Project.

I am happy to have @knowthatpod hosts Anthony @anthonyfcasella,  Donny, @realdonnywood and Quinn, @swolemite on the podcast for this special bonus episode! We cut up and had a great time as always but I had my bodyguard @cbreezzzey present in case they tried a Karen Huger style gang bang! Once he secured the area, we get into Andy's reunion style and his continuous line of questioning these housewives about work they may/may not have done (really Andy) and Karen's answer to the question (we SEE you Grand Dame!) Then we jump on 95 South and head straight to the A where talk  Porsha and the great work she is doing and the social media fight between Porsha and Kenya that made Tamika Mallory and Yandy Smith respond.

Then we decided to head back north to our Cherry Blossoms and go straight into Potomac and part 3 of the reunion and unlike Andy, we didn't rush through it. We talk about gas lighting, Chris Samuels and the "plot!" And of course we talk about Money Mayweather Monique and Candee Gal Candiace.
We may not always agree on Team Candiace, Team Monique or Team Table but we DO agree we will always be Team Friends...Know That!
