On this Friday bonus episode, I had the pleasure of  talking to Kristen Gardner, creator of   "Driving Mom Crazy" and we had a great time! We talked about her blog, Driving Mom Crazy and its genesis, dealing with pregnancy and post pregnancy depression, and the importance of Mental Health. We then got into her converting from Episcopalian to Mormonism, her reaction to the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City trailer and Kristen cleared up some things we saw on Salt Lake City. We ended taking about Kristen living in Dallas, our thoughts on the Real Housewives of Dallas and Tiffany Moon.

We had such a great informative conversation that wifi tried to mess up... but just when we got deep, that wifi straightened up!

Kids may sometimes Drive Us Crazy, but this conversation makes all the sense in the world and was needed!

In this episode I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of talking to Mani from Mixing with Mani podcast @mixingwithmani and her awesome fiancé Maya, and I had thee best time! We talk everything from how they met and became friends, the genesis of their relationship and doing a relationship long distance in college which leads us straight into talk about HBCU's (Historically Black Colleges) and PWI's ( Predominantly White Universities) and the effect they have on black people both short and long term. Then we get into the disparities in mental health and physical health treatment that black people consistently face in comparison to their white counterparts and what is still being taught to medical students about black people and just how harmful it is. And we end with me making plans to fly to Atlanta to have Maya get me in alignment and me pitching them the idea of me podcasting their wedding (the people would love it!)

Mani and Maya are amazing and so easy to talk to and I can't wait to mix it up with them again!

I had the best time talking to my friennnnnn Kendrick @housewivesmarvelpodcast aka Kennessy from the Me, You Housewives and Marvel Too podcast  and we have one of the BEST times! We start out talking about the breaking news with Jen Shah (the box braids though) and Stu Chainz (that's allegedly his Porsche) and what all of this really means. Then we get into more illegal territory...them Atlanta Peaches cuz it should be illegal for them to look this good and for some to be so exhausting (Hi Kenya). We talk about their trip to New Orleans, the twerk healing room and what Kandi from Speak On it and had to say about Marlo and her back hurting...take a note. Then we decide to stay in the ATL and hop on over to Married to Medicine...which did NOT disappoint. We talk about Toya and Eugene in the bath tub, the kids vs. the adults basketball game, Contessa vs. Anila vs. Anila's Momma (keep thine hands to thine self) and Heavenly vs. Anila and Black Lives Matter...which leads us into a discussion about selective outrage..

Laughter is good for the soul  and my soul is well after this episode!

I had THE BEST time talking to my new BFFF (with 3 f's) Raven Chatman aka Mainly Bravo @mainlybravo We start out talking about life and our experiences as black women in this world, and the way the world can view us. Then we get into a little Married to Medicine (stay out of stuff Anila,) Below Deck Sailing and the once in a lifetime charter guests, The Real Housewives of Atlanta and what was allegedly not shown, The Real Housewives of Dallas and Brandi Redmond, stan culture and so much more!

In this bonus episode, I had the pleasure of talking to Ashley aka @babybencohen and as it turns out, she's not an actual baby running the account, but a real live adult and we had a great time! We talked about her being on the front lines fighting this pandemic, the precautions she has to take to ensure the safety of her household, and the special bonds she has created with her patients (turns out Bravo is a unifier.) We also get into housewives. Ashley shares who she would have in a housewives house, when she passed her nursing test and the housewife greats she joined in the field and we plan our trip to Dallas to see Dr. Tiffany Moon (Ashley will make sure I have full PPE gear for our plane ride.)

In this episode, I got to chat with the one and only Kate Chastain and I got my entire life! We started out playing a couples game (we're a match), then rolled right into great conversation. We talk about the Megan and Harry interview, the media and how they can print what they want and her experience, Below Deck and her one regret and Kate gets a phone call and it ends up being a Watch What Happens Live doorbell-esque ring from a Below Deck great (hint: Hello Lovelies.) Then we move to life after Below Deck and the whirlwind of her moving  from Florida to NYC then a pandemic hitting and  moving back to Florida, how the Chat Room came to be and her leaving, Candiace and Monique (it's always about Potomac), Porsha and the brilliance of reality tv, Kate's new production company, sailing into new ventures and so much more!
Kate's not only a vibe, she's my kind of vibe...and I can't wait for our next round of the Newlywed game!

FOR REAL!!! We talked Wendy Williams and eating food with a lighter, social justice (no ones snatch was mentioned or had...4 real😂), podcast guests and being pitched...to host our own show?!, archways vs. doorways, different food combinations (just hear me out), New Jersey Housewives and Teresa holding the show hostage, Salt Lake City Wives and the reunion, and of course, the juiciest peaches in the orchard...Our Atlanta ladies! And somewhere in there we got serious for a moment and took a quick dive into parenting and lessons.

Surprise Bonus episode with my girls J and Jay aka @housewives.on.display And talking to them was definitely a bonus for me! We had a BALL! We start out talking Atlanta and of course Bolo in the Box! We talk about him and Porsha's connection and her placing her peach on his..., what Jay thinks really happened with Tanya (Jay had a reveal) and whether Kenya was messy or earning her check! Then we trade a peach for an entire garden and head to Jersey. We talk about Teresa and the rumors and Jackie's response to said rumors and the fallout  behind both. And we end up touching on dating and how me and producer Cory aka @cbreezzzey met. And who made the first move (it's no surprise...)
