Pastor Spence introduces our new sermon series in the book of Proverbs, which will focus on what God's Word says about various aspects of life, with today’s theme being government. Throughout the sermon, Pastor Spence emphasizes the importance of trusting in the Lord and understanding that while government is corrupted by sin, God instituted it to promote human flourishing. Finally, he urges the congregation to actively pray for their leaders, live as salt and light in their communities, and prioritize their allegiance to Christ above all else.
