Welcome back to Season 5 of Couture & Construction! We are an uplifting podcast dedicated to the many different aspects of the luxury building industry.

This week, for our 78th episode of the podcast, we have the pleasure of doing something brand new for the upcoming Parade of Homes. We left the booth & visited Rosebrooke which is the site of this seasons Parade of Homes, finally back after a 3 year hiatus! Joe & Stephanie were kind enough to invite us inside of Rosebrooke 4 to sit down at the kitchen table for this episode. Now that the Parade of Homes is right around the corner, they share their incredible insights into how they navigated this project, from both the building & design sides!
