On October 31st 2002, 49 year old Manfred and 50 year old Marisia Von Richthofen went to bed thinking that their children, 18 year old Suzane and 16 year old Andreas were tucked in bed and asleep. But Suzane and her brother had snuck out to see her boyfriend. When they returned home, they found a horrifying scene. Marisia and Manford had been brutally beaten to death. The family suspected a break-in gone wrong but police knew that this had to be the work of someone close to the family… and they were right.
