There was a time when the word “logjam” seemed to be synonymous with the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) hearings conducted under the purview of the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA).

Today, by all accounts, hearings are being scheduled almost back-to-back, and attorneys are scrambling to represent their clients during unprecendented times.
