I know it’s can be tricky to differentiate between dealbreakers and pet peeves, but I definitely feel it’s worth separating the two for the sake of getting out of our heads when it comes to checklists for finding that special someone, or better yet, here’s a thought…GET RID OF THE LIST ALTOGETHER! Sheesh. Ok this one’s for my emerging daters out there, those of you wanting to get back in the scene this summer. Step 1: Lose the list of anything fluffy (ie: He MUST be over 6 feet tall) that isn’t in your soul to be a real legit dealbreaker. Step 2: Take the pressure off…every meeting is simply an opportunity to meet a new human and it does not mean something MUST develop romantically. Step 3: Have fun! Okidoki, ready to figure out the real difference between dealbreakers, pet peeves and the extra sub-section “Nice to haves!”? Alright…let’s go!
