Today we are discussing the American diet for children, specifically what we ate growing up in the 2000s. We also learn what makes Minute Rice fast and pay homage to the Flintstone vitamins that rescued us from death's door.

Kassie and I put on our serious hats for a minute to discuss the recent Quiet on Set documentary as well as Jennette McCurdy's book I'm Glad My Mom Died as we reminisce on our favorite Nickelodeon shows from the early 2000's.
