Aidan joins myself, Craig and Jamie this week to discuss his experiences via the traditional/hybrid electrical apprentice route. He is currently towards the end of the process and has loads of helpful feedback for those following.   We are on a journey around people taking routes towards qualified electrician status! Telling us why they choose the route they did, why others were not a option and how they found it.  Next up we have a 2365 learner to give insight from that route.   The aim is to explore the options available and how they work for different people who all have one thing in common! To be electricians.   Attaining the NVQ3, AM2 and under pinning theory qualifications are the key to the door in most cases.
