What is electrolysis and how does it work?

Deborah Jones comes from a council estate background, is dyslexic and left school with no real qualifications.
As a single parent, after juggling several role at once, she wanted to become a positive role mode in her sons' lives, and set up her own electrolysis clinic and training academy. Due to her example, both her children have also started their own businesses.

She explains exactly what electrolysis is, and how it works on the hair.

We also talk about her work with the London transgender clinic, working with transgender and non- binary patients to boost their confidence and also in preparation for surgery.
