What Is Said vs What Is Heard

Send us a text

Sometimes, especially in childhood, we overhear things or people say things to us, and what we hear is very different. Years later, we discover we are still operating based on what that child heard and the decisions we made at that young age. So, what do we do?

In this week's episode, we will identify and address these hidden narratives, enabling us to consciously rewrite the stories that no longer serve us.
