In today’s episode, I want to talk about what I learned from this year, a year shrouded with uncertainty, a year clouded by the difficulties and challenges that have always been staring us in the face, a year of spiraling cost, a year of difficulties getting hold of materials, a year of managing expectations of customers and tenants, and a year of knowing what tomorrow might look like.

Join me as I look back and reflect on some of the successes, failures, and challenges this 2021.
