Welcome back, friends. The Grace Upon Grace Podcast is back and here with a new season! In today's episode, I am getting into the topic of mental health. This show is essentially meant to be empowering and encouraging to anyone listening, as I talk about some needs that we all have as humans. We were designed for true connection; to really see ourselves and other people. I get into that and how it relates to our mental health and more in this podcast episode. Towards the end, I address stress & anxiety and share about some practical things that have been helpful for me when it comes to those things.

This episode is all about believing in ourselves, especially during times when we feel stuck. Things can feel hopeless or insurmountable; like we can't do something or that things cannot get better. This episode is speaking directly to that and is there to help you believe in yourself and see that there is so much more to the story when we feel stuck. Scripture talks about the "immeasurably more" that God does; I dive into that and what I've noticed about the more in my own life & how that relates to the times when we feel stuck. 

We talk about things like the beauty and strength that can come from a seemingly hopeless situation, how God is working right where we are and is in the middle of real life with us, what some practical things are that we can do when we feel stuck, etc. I also answer two important questions: why believe in ourselves & why believe that there is more?
