Pennsylvania-based retired mechanical engineer Dan Hryhocoff might just be one of our new favorite people...because at 73 years of age, he's not only built a submarine and a full size pedal car....but now he's built a 13 ft long, fully street legal replica of a 1953 Lusse bumper car....and it rules...and so does he!
