Oooh this is a juicy one this week!!  

In 2022, I met Anthony Hopson at the week-long Hoffman Process retreat.  We instantly connected and have gone on to have a really treasured friendship since. 

Anthony has a background in finance, and still runs his business in that space.  In recent years, he has expanded his horizons by becoming a certified counsellor, and breathwork practitioner.  He runs mens’ circles and is also planning a retreat for men later on this year.

Anthony is very open about his own personal development journey, and is passionate about supporting men to be fully themselves; and have connected, fulfilling relationships with their intimate partners.
