Alyana is a stay-at-home mom to two girls. She has a special love for writing and seeks to inspire and educate young minds through her books. She attributes her talent to the Lord, and continually receives motivation and support from her husband. She is excited and ready to continue writing children's books for many years to come.

Suzette has a passion for sharing positive “Leadership Role” training. After 14 years as a Chief of Operations for a successful multi-location business, she decided to venture out and open her own business (Mine Your Business Consultants, LLC.), and share positive, resourceful, and strong leadership mentoring while showing the differences between being a manager and a leader. Whether you are an experienced manager of 20 plus years or a new manager in training there is much to learn. Too many become managers with little to no training and don’t understand the road blocks they come across. When coming across these road blocks they become frustrated and do not understand why the employees do not listen to them when they tell (not ask) them what to do. The current state of many management teams is still living in the world of shadows and it’s time they come out of the cave and into reality.

Jennifer Mulligan has been interested in the world of commerce ever since she watched her entrepreneurial mother run a successful small business. After becoming a young mother herself in 2000, Jennifer became adept at structured days, sleepless nights, and continued dedication to her child and her career. She has always worked in the male-dominated industry of banking, and rose to the top by being a skilled leader, mentor, and strong leader. She specializes in building teams and creating tomorrow’s leaders in the financial industry. Jennifer has sat on numerous boards, won multiple awards for leadership, and continues to give back by volunteering for many non-profits. A Tampa native, Jennifer has recently opened her own brokerage firm, helping businesses with debt reduction and financing.

For as long as she can remember, Paulee Bowen has been interested in art, writing, and creative arts. A ballet dancer from the age of ten, Paulee has held several unique jobs, including magician’s assistant, personal shopper, and leg model. A member of the Professional Association of Visual Artists, as well as a painter, writer, and illustrator, Paulee published her first children’s book, The Girl Who Could Sing the Alphabet Backwards, in 2018, later a Book of the Month selection by a Boca Raton magazine. She currently works in the insurance industry and lives in Florida with her husband.

Dr. Maria Scunziano-Singh or Dr. Maria, as she is known to her patients, is a board-certified internist (MD) and also a recipient of a diploma in Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) with over 25 years of experience in the medical/health care world. A co-founder of Access Health Care Physicians, a large multispecialty practice spanning many counties in Florida, Dr. M has worked with thousands of patients. Her whole-health approach combines conventional and alternative
methods that are instrumental in helping her patients lead their healthiest lives.

As a testament to her late mother, Dr. M created WellCome OM Integral Healing and Education Center in Spring Hill Florida, that is dedicated to healthy and conscious living. The Center opens in 2018 to offer revitalizing, integrative and synergistic therapies and activities to all the public.

Katrina Madewell, became an Entrepreneur at 23 years old, and started in the mortgage business at the age of 18. After navigating her own home purchase in 2004, she launched her real estate sales career, and has a combined real estate and mortgage experience of nearly 3 decades. In 2013, she started her own radio show, called Tampa Home Talk, and still hosts the show today. She is consistently ranked in the top 5% of Realtors in Tampa Bay for sales, and has a 90% repeat and referral rate with her clients. She is committed to helping people love where they live, with a “Love Where You Live GUARANTEE”, while also teaching others how to build wealth through real estate. Katrina was born, raised, and still resides in Tampa, Florida, and she has been married for more than two decades to her husband Chris, and is a mom of four uniquely amazing kids.

Adriana Pabon is the President and Founder of The Affirmations Project. Adriana started The Affirmations Project in 2016, and what she thought was going to be a one-time event quickly became a thriving non-profit organization that has brought inspiration, healing, and hope to countless women in the Tampa Bay Area and throughout the country.
Adriana is originally from Medellin, Colombia, and immigrated to the United States when she was seventeen years-old. Adriana attended Florida International University in Miami, Florida, where she obtained her Legal Studies Certification. Professionally, Adriana has been in the legal field for over twenty-five years, but her true passion is community service and helping women.
Adriana’s passion for community service and for empowering women inspired her to start The Affirmations Project. The Affirmations Project is an organization dedicated to helping women by promoting self-love and self-acceptance. As part of its platform, The Affirmations Project also provides financial assistance to cancer and domestic violence survivors. It holds an annual fundraising gala showcasing survivors who select a word of affirmation. Their affirmation word is then painted on their bodies, and they share their stories of resilience, perseverance and hope while participating in an empowering photo shoot.
Adriana is a domestic violence survivor herself. After leaving that abusive relationship, Adriana met many other domestic violence survivors and witnessed women of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem because they were told repeatedly by others that they were not good enough, smart enough, or pretty enough. This experience ignited Adriana’s passion to help these women rediscover their true value—and The Affirmations Project was born.
Adriana was taking the first steps to make The Affirmations Project a reality when everything came to a sudden stop on March 18, 2014. She was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer and just a week after being diagnosed, Adriana underwent a double mastectomy followed by weeks of aggressive radiation treatment. Due to the nature of her diagnosis, Adriana’s doctors recommended she not have reconstructive surgery. Cancer took her breasts and left her with multiple scars as a daily reminder of what she had survived. Adriana’s cancer journey gave her the final push she needed to move forward with The Affirmations Project.
As a result of her life’s journey, Adriana understands the importance and need for self-love and self-acceptance. With the help of friends and local artists the first Affirmations Project Gallery was unveiled in October of 2016. The event has since become a staple of the Tampa Community and is part of Adriana’s commitment to celebrate women and their strength in the face of impossible circumstances.
Michelle Caudle, Vice President and photographer for The Affirmations Project, has been an artist all her life. Beginning her career at the ripe age of six with experimental finger painting, her love for creative expression has continued to flourish ever since. As a graduate from the Florida State University Art School, Michelle focused her college efforts in the realm of fine art painting with a secondary focus in photography.

Michelle completed an internship with a small company called Pix N Pages based out of Orlando, in the niche of dog show photography. She attributes much of her foundation in the field to the knowledge they shared with her. After working with the company for four years, she ventured out on her own, and in 2011 Silver Moon Custom Art & Photography was born.
For the greater part of the last decade Michelle has nurtured Silver Moon into a thriving and successful business. Ian Adair is a nonprofit industry influencer and recognized expert in leadership, fundraising, and nonprofit management, a TEDx speaker, and a three-time nonprofit CEO. Ian is an advocate, author, and trainer concerning mental health awareness and addressing mental health in the workplace. His experience and success leading corporate and nonprofit teams, volunteer boards, and front-line staff have helped him become a sought-after thought leader and speaker around the country. Rosie Paulsen, who has been honored as one of the Fifty Most Influential Hispanic Business Leaders in Florida, is a native
of Ecuador who came to the United States as a teenager. A public speaker and business trailblazer, Rosie owns Rosie
Paulsen Enterprises and S&R Services, a company that brokers Medicare coverage for people all over Tampa Bay. She
has received a Leadership Award from the Tampa Bay Hispanic Heritage, and is an alumnus of Smart Start Pasco and
Inner-City Capital Connection. Rosie currently serves as a commissioner of The Florida Commission on the Status of
Women and City of Tampa Equal Business Opportunity Council. She lives in Tampa with her husband and children.
