Caroline Smith graduated cum laude from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, with a B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Publishing and Printing Arts. As an award-winning executive editor and author coach, Caroline has had the honor of bringing over 300 books to life through publication. Her favorite genre to read, write, and edit is romance, with fantasy, true crime, and biographies in a three-way tie for second place. In 2014 she won an IPBA Gold Ben Franklin Award in collaboration with one of her authors for editorial and design. To better assist her authors all over the world, she developed a podcast called “Inspiration to Publication.” She is a member of Exceptional Women in Publishing, National Federation of Press Women, and the International
Association of Professional Writers and Editors. When she’s not writing or editing, she can be found teaching workshops and classes on a range of topics from writing and publishing to meditation and natural wellness while also getting her masters in Creative Writing from Queens University of Charlotte. Caroline is the author of Perspective Parenting: A Guide for the Modern
Single Mom and Writing as Meditation: Building Your Book with Attention and Intention (Fall 2020). She currently resides in the mountains of North Georgia with her three wild children, three goats, six bunnies, two dogs, and a cat.

Sarina Fazan is a four-time Emmy Award winning television anchor and reporter with
over 23 years of industry experience. Her greatest passion is sharing people’s stories
and highlighting the best in the community. As the owner of Sarina Fazan Media, she
is using her proven experience as a storyteller to help businesses and individuals
succeed in their dreams.
Sarina is also a motivational speaker and has served as Master of Ceremonies for
many organizations throughout the Bay area.

Lea is a dynamic speaker who experienced a harrowing journey of escaping Vietnamese communists to seek freedom in the late 70s. You might have heard about the massive wave of Boat people who flooded the news back then. For many decades, Lea struggled to find her voice and after 40 years, she shared her story on TEDx stage, and now in her
book I Did Not Miss the Boat- Memoir of a Vietnam-Hoa Refugee. Through her passages, Lea learned that no matter how difficult your challenges or how dire your situation seems, you
have the power to navigate your way through by embracing the unexpected change. If you ride with the wave instead of against the wave, you will find opportunity among the adversity.
Lea’s message is to inspire people to find the strength to transform themselves, to step out of the shadow of fear or regret to live a life of freedom, passion, and purpose.

Rebecca J. White is the Walter Chair of Entrepreneurship, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Director of the John P Lowth Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Tampa. Rebecca received an MBA and a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech University. She is considered a thought leader in entrepreneurship education where her research is based at the intersection of entrepreneurial ecosystems, opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial mindset. Her podcast, Enfactor, shares inspirational stories of successful entrepreneurs with practicing and nascent entrepreneurs

As an entrepreneur at heart, I wasn’t going to be satisfied being just another lawyer out there doing the same old song and dance. Other ways that I get to further my passions and goals are through my involvement on the Board of Directors for Learn to Fish, a non-profit organization equipping women with life skills and opportunities for a brighter future, my role as a Board Member with the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber, which is dedicated to growing the diversity in professional services, tech and the innovation economy across Tampa Bay, and my position as the Tampa Liaison for Ms. Esquire, a non-profit group of female attorneys dedicated to empowering women, uplifting underprivileged youth, and raising mental health awareness.

Known as a Facilitator of Truth and Snow Globe Shaker, Jeff  is a man on a mission to help people shift how they lead. As an international leadership speaker, he’s known for his unique perspectives, challenging traditional thinking and helping leaders facilitate more impact. Jeff is the author four
books including is most recent book Just One Step: Walking Backwards to the Present on the Camino Trail.

Loretta McGrath is an entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience in the health
and wellness arena. She has designed and created multiple health software programs
focusing on range of motion, assisted stretching, and body mechanics. In addition, she
designed and created an assisted myofascial neuromuscular range of motion technique
called Dynamic Body Stretching (DBS). She serves as an adjunct faculty member at Cortiva
Institute in Tampa, Florida. Her newest book, Body Alignment for Life, helps people find the root cause of body pain through a self-guided range-of-motion assessment, then alleviate that pain through custom, targeted stretching and myofascial release techniques. This individualized physical health blueprint and corrective plan provides a natural alternative to pain medication.

Giselle McNab has been figuring out life on her own since the age of fourteen. Her young life was marred by a disturbed, troubled, and volatile childhood. This rocky beginning led to years that spiraled with uncertainty. Despite that, she found the strength and courage to recreate her life, in order to better herself and the life of her daughters. Upon receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, Giselle worked her way up to a senior position in finance for a Fortune 500 company, and is Six-Sigma certified, specializing in improvement methodologies. She uses her free time to volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and coordinates One Blood drives. She also volunteers at non-profits that focus on helping women escaping domestic violence
situations. Hearing the stories of others who have fought for their survival fuels her passion for helping others overcome and rise up from rock bottom. Giselle finds her inner peace at the ocean but her true happy place is at home, where she enjoys cooking and gardening. She and her husband reside in Tampa, FL, and share a happy, blended family of six children.
