  • Candle Craze: Urban Wanderlust

Meet Judith, Boss Babe and owner of Urban Wanderlust Candles!

We decided to talk about all the things that owning a modern small business entails. How the hell do you create a brand while trying to also have a life? How do you balance your non-stop idea brain with self-care? How do you avoid burnout? How realistic are the expectations we face as content creators? We've both been trying to answer these questions for quite some time.

Judith has been in business for 5 years now, creating delicious candles inspired by her love of travel. On top of being a business owner, she is a new mom, dog mom and wife, AND works a regular day job. She's a fucking powerhouse! I am absolutely obsessed with candles, but playing "candle roulette" at Bath and and Body Works can bring on quite the migraine. Judith's candles smell amazing, while being made with clean and safe ingredients that she has personally sourced.

Judith's candles are available for purchase on her website: www.urbanwanderlustcandles.com

I hope you guys love this episode as much as I do!

  • App-ily Never After

I've had this conversation with so many people in the last week alone: why is modern dating so fucking hard?

I'm lucky enough to not be in this situation myself, but I really wanted to know why modern dating seems so unsuccessful for the people around me. My beautiful, vibrant friends have trouble finding anyone worth spending their time with. What happened to Sex and the City, where men were just crawling out of the woodwork? I mean, they weren't always the nicest (Alexsandr Petrovsky) but they were always AROUND (and usually hot - thank you Smith Jared).

Really, though, outside the fictional world of TV dating I keep hearing my friends say that "there's just no one left". Everyone has always said that, right? "All the good ones are taken." But, with 7 billion people on the planet more easily accessible to us than ever before thanks to technology, how could that possibly be true?

I did my research and found some pretty interesting shit. If you're struggling with modern dating (or simply curious about the state of affairs), you're gonna love this one.

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disaster

May is Mental Health Awareness month, so it's the perfect time to talk about OCD.

I wanted to address the good and the bad of OCD, as well as how it's mistakenly portrayed throughout most of pop-culture. A lot of you guys have also asked me to talk about organization tips, which fits into this episode PERFECTLY. I love being clean and organized; it makes me feel like the world is safe and warm and fuzzy and I don't have to light things on fire.

While I have no problem making fun of myself and I cope with basically everything with fucked up humor, OCD is often the butt of the joke for a lot of people who don't have it. I don't mind it at all, but some people have OCD that is so debilitating coupled with anxiety and other issues that it can be impossible for them to even leave the house at times. Others have super mild cases, like me, and live a relatively normal if not sometimes just a bit wacky life.

This episode is allllllll about insight (and how to trick your boyfriend into being more organized without him knowing it).

  • Burnt Out, Still Bringin' It

I am so mentally exhausted that I asked you guys for topic ideas and you DELIVERED, as always. One of the first questions I received, ironically, was how to combat burnout. That was just so fucking fitting.

Some other topics discussed in this episode:

    Best friend breakups

    Finding balance in healthy eating

    Special diets and food suggestions

Self awareness and your own needs

    Vaginal Health

Keeping things spicy in a long term relationship

    ... and so many more.

Listen on if you want to hear my ramblings on these topics.

  • Always (a) Reason

Get ready to dive into young entrepreneurship with Lexi Zanghi, owner of Always Reason boutique. Lexi is a total badass, owning her own boutique in Long Island at the age of only 23. She has the cutest clothes, pulling in unique inventory unlike anything I've ever seen in this very vanilla area of the world.

This episode covers it all, people. Modern fashion, the influencer age, social media, the rewards and challenges of being a young business-owner, anxiety... and a whole lot of our usual adorable dysfunction. Lexi also has her own podcast, titled 1-800-Unstable Bitch, all about her life and her battle with anxiety. Bonus: I even let Lexi blind-dress me in her favorite new arrivals!

I promise, you guys are gonna love this one.

  • The Good, The Bad, and The Dysfunctional

This past week on Instagram, I posted a story telling all of you to ask me ANYTHING. The results were pretty fucking awesome: 37 different questions ranging from anything about sex and relationships to organization tips to fashion to... well, everything else. Here are some of the questions that I answer in this episode:

    Do you have any insecurities?

    What is your biggest regret?

Please talk about the time you slapped the shit out of your ex.

    Gift guide for Mother's Day/Mom/Dad/Bf?

    All things sex.

What are the fashion trends for Spring/Summer 2022?

If you had 3 wishes, what would you wish for?

    Tips for organization?

If you want to hear my honest and raw answers to these questions and so many more, go ahead and listen to this episode.

  • The Red Flag Express

Are you trying to navigate the absolutely f***ed up world of modern dating? Sarah is my guest this week and we attempt to navigate our romantic dysfunction.

The age of app dating just seems so absolutely terrible to me. I am so lucky that I never became a part of it, because it just seems so hard to make a genuine connection with someone. I'm not trying to say that it is impossible, and I know people who have had good experiences. BUT: dating apps open a world for so much messiness - and we've decided to turn these hilarious exploits into an episode. Booger men, cheaters, cat dudes... we've got it allllllll right here.

Stick around to hear what we've learned from new (and old) experiences.
