By putting ourselves out there, we might make a mess of our reputations or even lose our friends; on the other hand, we might be embraced by others and find a beautiful sense of belonging. Lindsey + Amber review tips on how to have a vulnerable conversation and explore the roles and responsibilities of the messenger (sender of communication) vs. the listener (receiver of communication). As Michelle Obama once said, "If we can open up a little bit more to each other and share our stories, our real stories, that's what breaks down barriers. But in order to do that, you have to believe that your story has value. Be vulnerable. Dare to be vulnerable."  We all struggle with vulnerability so our question for you is - which role do you struggle with the most - being the "sender" or the "receiver" of the vulnerable conversation?
