What the High Court's Facebook ruling means for publishers, and a wrap of R U OK? Day

This week the High Court of Australia ruled media outlets that run Facebook pages are the “publishers” of third-party comments on the platform, dismissing the second round of appeals from the publishers. So where does this leave the defamation case brought against News Corp and Fairfax (now Nine).
