It's a powerful piece of work that breaks down and examines the internal obstacles to success and being creative. The section I focus on - is on invoking the muse. One major tenet to this book and of this section is breaking down the importance of being aware of your mental state and learning how to shape it and move in the direction you want to move .. in life, with a lover or just creatively.
