It's something we here almost every day. And it sounds reasonable... logical that they "wanna wait".    So we say,  "Ok, sounds great.. let me know when you're ready to jump back in."   But I'm sharing with you on this episode why that is NOT your best response in serving your prospect/client.     Listen to hear the EXACT dialogue, including the tone to use while chatting with them.     Thisss dialogue is GENIUS and one that will be in your clients' BEST interest, because you're sharing what you KNOW to be true-- as the real estate expert/ authority.  AND because it gets them thinking and making grounded decisions.     THAT is you operating at a high value FOR THEM.  (Them being your prospect/client)   After this succinct, curious FOR them dialogue, your clients will be able to decide with certainty vs simply kicking their decision to move down the road... with them thinking now is not a good time.  They will not be simply seeing the grass as being greener when the rates come down.  They will have ALL the information they need to make an informed decision.    And YOU get to create that for them.     You do that... cuz you're a CEO Listing Queen.
