This week the COW boys are talking about whatever helps you sleep at night. Along with some fun and lively conversation on the topic, you'll also hear some great music from Sons of the San Joaquin (The Famous Long X Brand), Wylie and the Wild West (Don't Say Whoa), Jon Chandler (America's Soul), and Trinity Seely (Come on Fall).
