In this episode, Kim Stackhouse-Lawson, professor of Animal Science at Colorado State University and director of AgNext, a research hub for ag sustainability discusses the program’s goal to help find solutions to feed 12.3 billion people by 2100. Dr. Stackhouse-Lawson previously served as director of sustainability at JBS USA, where she coordinated the processor’s North American sustainability program.
