1) Spend Time with God 神様と時間を過ごす

(John 15:15 NLT) I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me.

(ヨハネ 15:15 JCB)あなたがたはもう使用人ではありません。今からは、わたしの友です。主人は使用人に秘密を打ち明けたりはしません。しかし、わたしは父から聞いたことをみな、あなたがたに話しました。

(Psalm 1:2 NLT) “ But they delight in the law of the LORD, meditating on it day and night.”

(詩篇 1:2 新改訳)まことに、その人は主のおしえを喜びとし、昼も夜もそのおしえを口ずさむ。

2) Pray 祈る

(1 Peter 5:7 NLT)Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

(ピリピ 4:6-7 ALIVE訳)何事も心配するな。心配を祈りに変えるんだ。すでに持っているものに感謝したうえで神に願うのだ！ (7) そうすれば、神が安心と自信を注ぎ、精神的に安定させてくれる。それは、人の考え方では実現不可能なレベルの自信と安心だ。

3) Let Go 手放す

(Matthew 6:14-15 NLT) “If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. (15) But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.

(マタイ　6:14-15 JCB)もしあなたがたが、自分に対して罪を犯した人を赦すなら、天の父も、あなたがたを赦してくださいます。(15)しかし、あなたがたが赦さないなら、天の父も、あなたがたを赦してくださいません。
