Josh interviews Luke Juday, an old friend who is now a city planner for Waynesboro, VA. They talk about Luke's debate story (NCFCA and then captain of Grove City College's debate team), and move into a discussion of urbanization, city planning, and the way pros and cons of rapid urban growth.
