What's the Story, Our?

This week we're just having a little chat about Ireland's history at the FIFA World Cup, from packed pubs & stopping 33s during Italia '90 to the "What if?" of Korea/Japan 2002.

This week we're just having abit of craic talking about misheard song lyrics. From Haddaway to R.E.M and Eiffel 65 to ABBA, we're left speechless by what our listeners thought they heard in alot of very well known songs.

This week we're having a chat about things that we, and the people of the town, miss about the "Old" Balbriggan. From the diving board to broken biscuits & a random selection of anything & everything come up too.

This week we're chatting all about TV comedies old & new. We rank your favourite Father Ted priests & also give you Balbriggan's top 3 TV comedies, as voted for by the people of the town with a few dodgy impressions thrown in for good measure.

This week we return to the topic of Balbriggan nicknames, where we have a chat with John "Major" Collins about the poem he penned on the subject. We also struggle (again) to get to the bottom of where more or less anyone got their nicknames.

This week we're chatting all about the jobs we did as kids & teens, with a blast from the past where everyone called Deli Burger "Deadly Burger", but not because it was delicious!

A little bonus episode for you all. We took a tour around Balbriggan last night to rate the Guinness in all of the town's remaining watering holes.

Part II of this week's interview with Boots Grant sees some more stories & laughs & includes his favourite I to XI he played with during his career.

This week we're coming live from The Balscadden Inn where we're chatting all about his successful footballing career with local legend, Tony "Boots" Grant. From humble beginnings to League of Ireland winner, we talk about his highs & his lows with abit of a craic in between.

This week we take a look at Balbriggan's paranormal past & about threatening a ghost down in Tanner's Water.
