If you lose sight of why God called you to your work, you'll lose your passion and eventually experience burnout. After 12 years of CFE, I realized I had drifted from the original purpose, which centered on believers prospering through entrepreneurship and maintaining their faith outside secular control. Getting caught up in daily operations caused me to forget that deeper mission. By revisiting what God originally spoke, I was able to rediscover my "why" and reignite my passion. Reconnecting with your purpose is essential to sustaining long-term impact and avoiding burnout.
