Raina is a 5th grade Spanish Immersion teacher, Blackboard Award winner, and is at the forefront of immersion education. She has presented at the Conference for the Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition (CARLA) and at the Conference for Association of American Schools in South America (AASSA). Reina has been working to fill a gap in the field, leading an initiative to provide teachers with quality professional development in language instruction.
