When Life Takes Shape

Fear was ultimately the reason it has taken me almost a year to bring out another episode of the podcast, so I decided to dedicate this episode to that lovely feeling that we all seem to hate.

I share my thoughts, some listeners stories and some quotes and insights that I have heard recently that really resinated with me and changed my mindset towards fear.

In this episode I give you guys a big life update. Including some exciting news, speaking about exploring outside your comfort zone. Explain why I am so happy right now being single in my 30's with my own business and not being at the point of my life I thought I would be. Why it's so important to jump at every opportunity and try all the hobbies we've always wanted to and live out the passions that we have.

In this unexpected episode about anxiety I briefly touch on my anxiety, what I think causes the anxiety and how I try my best to pull myself out of it and go back to living a peaceful life. I hope this helps anyone out there who also suffers with these waves as I personally find it comforting knowing that I'm not alone

In this episode I have a general chat with you guys and discuss what I've been up to this week. I talk about my horrendous DOMS, sleep tips and how the moon constantly effects me.

Come and chat with me over on @whenlifetakesshapepodcast on instagram - i'd love to hear from you!
