Episode 11 features Ericka Murria, a multi passionate entrepreneur with a history in non- profits, documentaries, youth organizations, and domestic violence, as well as politics. We discussed, well everything.
Failing systems.
Where to get resources.
How it feels to get shot down for resources.
More failing systems.
Black History Month.
How to get help.
Support systems.
Honestly, this episode could have been 4 hours long and she was *so good* we might have to have her back for a few more episodes.

This is the 10th episode.
10th.
Dang.
And so I picked a solo topic that is incredibly hard for me to talk about, which is my eating disorders.
I've never discussed this publicly. Not to this extent anyways.
But it is vital and necessary because so many people don't get it. They don't understand it. They feel lonely and alone and experience great shame.
So let's talk about it.
Strap in for a vulnerable ride. And thanks for listening.

OUR BODIES ARE NOT EVOLVED ENOUGH OR DESIGNED FOR THE SOCIAL MEDIA WE CONSUME.
I'm gonna let that sink in.
Adaptability only goes so far.
Join us for this quick episode that hopefully allows you to tap into some of your social behaviors and assess where you can pull back.

On this week's episode, we have Ray AKA 100K Ray, my producer and entrepreneurial titan of 100K World and Growth Camp XL who meets with me to talk about toxic masculinity, and some spicy questions that it seems like people are afraid to ask.
Because, well, why not?
I am a white and Mohawk woman. I do not know what it is like to be a man, and an African American man at that. If you want conversations to happen, if you want different perspectives, or an introspective viewpoint, then you have to start dialogue.
I had so many people propose topics for this episode, like asking a woman out on a date, body image issues, breaking generational cycles, the list honestly goes on and on, we could have had a 4-hour episode on this topic.
The important part is that we start talking about this.
This generation of men needs to have channels and facilities to talk about functioning in our current modern society, and hopefully, this is a good platform to do so.
*Disclaimer-maybe don't listen to this one on speaker with your 8 year old in the car.*

Episode 7 was highly requested, as is Episode 8. It's all about men. And for far too long now, men's mental health has been suffering tremendously. Caught somewhere between the age of our grandparents and our sons, men of today are kind of stuck. Awareness is catching up, but action is taking its dear sweet time.
And with the rise of suicides, and being predominantly carried out by biological men, we're in dire straits.
Joined by Ray Burns of 100K VVS, Growth Camp XL, and the 100K World, we break it down. We get emotional. This is a vital episode for the man in your life to tap into, to feel heard and validated, and reach out to us as much as you need.

I think I'm having one right now. Your thirties are a weird weird time.
You and the rest of the world are like questioning every single choice you've made and all the ones you're thinking about as you prepare FOR THE FUTURE.
The scary scary future.
Everything feels so final, nothing feels as flexible as it should be, and there is an overwhelming amount of pressure to have it all figured out.
But who does?
Who really has it all figured out? I sure as hell don't, I had a breakdown today.
Join us for this episode if you're going through a "third life crisis"(or just got done one with one!)

Episode 5....here we go..... we discuss how society and corporate America fail the individual when it comes to grief.
If you've lost someone important-and everyone does-you know just how hard it is to keep going with life without that special someone in it.
We talk about how things could be improved, offer suggestions, and rip apart the glass castle a little bit.

"Mindfulness" is kind of a buzzword these days. Meditation is centered around it, pillows are engraved with it, we go on retreats for it. But when you're trying to function, run a business, just exist, you are constantly being pressured by the past and the future, smashed in between the two, like two panes of glass.
It happens to everyone.
And if it happens to everyone, why does it feel so damn lonely?
And for some of us, it can be crippling.
Join Pam Ferrara from Good Vibe Sister Tribe, and myself as we talk about aspects of time-killing it, not wasting it, recovering from it, and so much more.
