“When you dismiss your pain as an illusion, you are depriving yourself of the gateway” - Hugh Osborne 

That is exactly what Hugh had been doing for years on his healing journey - dismissing his pain as an illusion because that is what his spiritual practice taught him to do. 

Hugh has been a therapist for over 15years now. He spent many years on the spiritual path and although he had amazing insights along the way, the strength of his pain continued to “call him back in”. He knew that he had more healing work to do but found himself lost, having exhausted all possibilities, he had no where else to go.

Hugh and I began working together in early 2020. His journey back to his real self has been phenomenal. He so beautifully describes it as ”resting in your essence as a product of healing your pain”
