*big hug* hey you, I know the holidays can be a difficult time. I promise you not everyone is having a hallmark holiday, and I promise you that there are ways to navigate these complex, happy, bittersweet, difficult times that are the holidays. This episode is for anyone whos holiday season looks different than they're used to or different than what they see on tv: navigating the loss of a loved one, a break up, caring for a loved one, moving away from home or spending holidays away from family, working/studying/being on call during holidays, financial hardships and more.
