In this Shift the Field TV episode, I discuss where we are headed - with the universe being our life coach. As you know, I believe in coaches and always have one. They remind people of their truth when we forget - which we do.

I was talking with my coach about a recent encounter with a very triggering person, and they reminded me that these situations are often transformation opportunities revealing themselves. They pointed out that life becomes our life coach when we know how energy works.

Then, I discuss Lee Harris's new book, Conversations with Z's—specifically his take on how to use social media as a life coach. If we believe that life will show us what needs to be transformed, then when we can use social media as a tool to reveal what energy is available for transformation.

For instance, we often see people's highlight reels on social media and find ourselves stuck in comparison. When you understand transformation, you know the person posting those reels also has comparison issues in their energy field, can recognize that, and know that energy is available to transform (comparison, jealousy, judgment, etc.)
