In this message Pastor Chris leads us in chapter 3 where we see Elisha challenge the armies of Israel and Judah to ‘Make this Valley full of Ditches’. They are waiting for rain in the desert and yet at the same time God is challenging them to prepare and participate in what God is doing through them, but perhaps even more important what God is doing in them. How often do we find ourselves in a similar situation? We’re waiting for God to answer a prayer or a promise, but at the same time don’t want to miss God’s invitation to prepare our hearts for everything He wants to do.
