1) My Own Wise Self - either by way of my making a psychic connection or an empathic connection to someone, something, some situation, etc.

2) A Spiritual Connection - I use the senses of my soul to connect, interact and communicate with another (God, Angels, animals, humans (living or on the other side), etc., etc.) and they inform me of the information; I keep it for myself or pass it along to another.

3) Channeling - Spirit uses my body to relay the message directly to the recipient. (I only allow extremely Evolved Beings, Angels, or God to channel through me.)
