Jennifer Kesse would be 42 today. She has green eyes, sandy blonde hair and a shamrock tattoo on her left buttock. She stands about 5-foot-7 and weighed roughly 130 pounds when she disappeared. 
Her family is currently offering a reward for any information leading to their daughter’s whereabouts.
