Where The Road May Lead episodes

  • Fighting the Darkness and Finding Motivation

    Hello everyone, I'm back!!

2020 was a Capital S hitty year for the WORLD and 2021 is starting to look like 2020 2.0 :(

So the end of 2020 wasn't especially great for me, and in this episode I open up on how hard life has been these last few months. I talk about my failures, depression, and how I even contemplated suicide.

I was in a dark place, and some days I still feel like I'm there, but...... I can't....WE CAN'T let ourselves fall into those dark recesses of despair. In this episode I go into what caused me to get to that point and how I can never let myself slip back to that place.

We have to realize that hard times AREN'T permanent , our negative experiences DON'T define us or our lives, and we CAN GET THROUGH THIS!!!

We do it with each others support, we do it by opening up and being honest with ourselves and our loved ones. We fight. We fight so that our families don't know what it means to be in the Darkness.

    Stay Positive.
    Lead with Love.
    Listen with Compassion & Empathy.
    Help when you can.

    Together we can make it.

  • Episode 18 Comedy

Hello all and welcome my brothers and sisters to another installment of Where The Road May Lead.

Today all I wanted to talk about was Comedy and how I love it. I grew up watching comedians like Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, Jim Carrey, Dave Attell, Sam Kinison, Andrew DICE Clay, and many many many more.

*Disclaimer kids, I'm a bit more explicit this episode so fyi lol.

I recently watched the Showtime Series The Comedy Store and it just reignited the love I had for comedy and laughter.

I hope anyone listening hears the love and understands where I think comedy is vital, especially today.

We need to LAUGH!!! Don't forget to laugh, and try to see the happiness in life, especially when life is at its darkest.

  • Episode 13 Social Change, The US Elections, and Remembering Chadwick Boseman

Well as you can see in any news story, news outlet, and especially social media; there is a civil unrest throughout the US.

People everywhere are rallying, protesting, and rioting in the name of social justice, racial equality, even over who will be our nation's next president.

On top of that we lost one of the most talented and giving actors we have had the pleasure of seeing and knowing: Chadwick Boseman

In today's podcast we tackle it all and most importantly, how we move forward as a nation and as people.
