Just what I needed to help get some perspective, definitely recommend

This is a great read for just about anybody. I read a ton of books on productivity and marketing and this was a perfect escape from that and forced me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture in life, something we should all do from time to time :)

The book is easy to read and the author keeps it interesting throughout by mixing in action plans, real life stories, and interviews. I love the overall message of the book

My favorite section is toward the end when she says "Be proud that you want more. Be proud that you can achieve fulfillment. Be proud that you don't want to be like everybody else." or when she talks about how important it is to connect with family once a week

Right from the start of this book, I liked the "simple steps" approach the author suggests. The book is divided up to into handy, and very practical chapters. Each chapter has quotes and testimonies from people who give advice to help you further. There are also exercises at the end of each chapter which help you put into practice what you've read.

One of the sections I particularly liked was the one on giving to others. The author says that when you give to others it can greatly affect (positively) your mental state. Another section was on food.

Motivation book inspired me

I really like this book very helpful for me. The author of this book encouraged me that whatever bigger problem arises in my life but still I can handle it and remind that Iâm always bigger than my problem. Probably one of the best books on motivation! I have been a chronic procrastinator and this book really helps motivate me especially when i'm in slumps! it's easy to get lost and disillusioned with such a fast ...

In today's hectic world, it's easy to get lost and disillusioned with such a fast paced society. With digital technology and the speed at which humans operate at now, there needs to be a better balance to cope with this intense world in 2016. This book is an excellent reminder for us to slow down, listen to the inner voice, and practice calmness. I enjoyed the meditation techniques provided, these will be very helpful for me as I'm always on the go, and need to slow myself down sometimes. Well written and highly recommend.

Self-help book that actually delivers results.

I like that it in part draws on the wisdom of the 8 fold path in a modern self love context. I experienced many "ahaa" moments throughout this book such as: learning to not to continue placing a preconceived value on each person (as I'd then judge myself as well). The 3 faces of low self love / worth was also highly interesting. Well written and easy to understand. I wholeheartedly recommend this book for anyone who is ready to change and improve their inner concept of self-worth.

Great book! Honest, beautifully imperfect! Easy to understand and practice. Useful and completely relevant! Loving myself was the thing I was looking to change things around me and I realized that from this book. I tried some ideas during my reading and it really works. It was easily read in one day and became an instant favorite.

Simple but life changing.

I've been in a very dark place in my life for about 6 years now. Today I woke up and literally said, "I can't do this anymore." I deleted all my social media from my phone and went straight to my kindle app for self help books and this is the first one I downloaded. I've finished in an hour or so and already feeling better about my life. It's going to be a practice, it's going to take serious commitment, but I believe I can do it. This book completely changed my outlook within the hour or so it took me to read it. I'm starting to focus more on me so that I can be happy from the inside out. This book helped me to see that it is possible. Thank you.

Very inspiring

After having dealt with self depression for quite some time I find this book to be very true and very informative to people like myself or dealing with similar problems. I have come across many guides on how to deal with depression and knowing self worth but this guide did it for me. This is a great book to actually get a direction in your life and achieve success

This is such a wonderful book to visualize about everything with your life. I flip through the pages and read everything and I was like, "Yes, that's true" especially the part where I feel like I have to please everyone. Is that an unwritten rule? If you don't please everyone then you're not a nice person? This is best for someone to read if they feel like something's wrong with them...when actually there's not. There's a lot of realization one can learn through this book.
