ï After reading some interesting books I like share my thoughts as review. I really appreciate and thankful to the author of this book for sharing some good material. Life is full of surprises. Sometimes suddenly we get placed in unexpected situation where we suppose to take quick decision. I would like to say about myself. I am not kind of person with cool personality, can take the âcorrectâ decision on the spot. I need to have some time, will think twice and take the advice if needed.
o I found this book for me. What is procrastination? How does it affect to my routine life? How to come out of procrastination. I was surprised when I got the answers of my âbasicâ questions. YES YES YESâ Answers are exactly what I am facing due to procrastination.
o At the end of the book author has given FAQâs. Fabulous outstanding Q and A.
Most of the answers of my questions I found in it. I 100% recommend this book who are facing the problem of loafing. I will surely reply if you have question.
Good, logical approach to beginning your Procrastination Cure
A good, basic booklet that provides some cognitive-behavioral approaches to getting tasks done and working through procrastination issues in daily life. A quick read and attainable. The format and contents would make a great article and the booklet could be better augmented with a well thought out appendix of tools and resources (links to computer applications like Evernote or list creating mobile applications).
Overall, a good start for what the booklet is. The book is not a life changer (17 pages can't do that) but it is a good approach and start which could be made better with an appendix with some tools and perhaps even sheets to assist with creating lists.
