Let me take you to France and tell you about the events that led to me having panic attacks and anxiety. 

Here I will tell you about the symptoms that I experience, my triggers, and what I do to cope with both anxiety and panic attacks. 

My hope is to be able to share my story and that someone finds comfort or peace knowing that they are not alone. I hope that my story helps those who are suffering in silence. 

R.I.P Josue, I love you and I miss you so much.
