Guess who's back on X-Men? That's right, it's today's guest, Whilce Portacio! The Bishop co-creator is revisiting that time-traveling mutant in a pair of X-Men Legends issues, starting with #5 on January 24, 2023. So yeah, we start with that. But then we rewind, as we do, all the way to the beginning, tracing Whilce's intro to the comic scene as a military brat born in the Philippines. We get into his early inking work on Alien Legion and Longshot, then his first pencils on Punisher, X-Factor, and Uncanny X-Men. And of course, the founding of Image and his contribution, Wetworks, also come up. Whilce has a lot to say, so saddle up and pay attention, Banditos. This one goes everywhere!
