The #whitesox made one of the biggest off-season trades thus far, sending #garrettcrochet to the #redsox for a 4-player minor league return with 2 top 54 prospects. Ryan McGuffey & Brian Anderson are back to discuss the deal in depth about how they can fill the void of trading their ace now and into the future.  #johnely has been in the Sox system for 8 years as a coach, most recently as the 2024 pitching coach of the #birminghambarons. Ely had a Birds Eye view and role on the development of some of the key cogs of the White Sox staff, not only in 2024, but well beyond.
