People who suspect hiring bias because of their gender can turn to the Equality Ombudsman for help. But many don't know what to do when they believe they've been discriminated against in the recruitment process. This week APN sits down with Michaela Moua, senior officer from the Non-Discrimination Ombudsman's office to discuss what the authority can and cannot do.
