  • All about EASE – how to cultivate and live it

“Just take it easy”, literally seems so easy, when people say it. They’re not dealing with that but load of fudge that I am dealing with. Plus, I can not even remember the last time I really completely felt ‘at ease’, free to breathe, laugh, relax.

Time to attend to that right NOW. Don’t you also think that life is way to short to always focus on doing the things you have to do, most of which you don’t even like doing? Of course, not every moment is fun, easy or fairy floss, and perhaps you do have a very serious job or life circumstances. All I want to practice with you is to find more joy and ease in your daily chores – because oftentimes e.g. after the first phase of excitement in a new role, we start going into auto pilot more and more or be loaded with pressure and responsibilities that tend to mute our humor and our sense of playfulness. Even the most difficult tasks can be handled easier and most likely more successfully, when approached with fun.

If your memories of fun are dull and grey in the background right now and you don’t know how to start, you don’t even feel like fun at all (I know what that feels like), then grab some headphones, a blanket and press play. I am here to guide you trough this.

  • ByeBye Burnout: Change the course with ONE smart cognitive shift

Once it starts taking over your life, it is time to take action to balance out the speed of your passion. Looking at the definition of “passion”, it is said to be a strong, barely controllable emotion, an intense desire or enthusiasm for something – or, if that’s something you believe in – the suffering and death of Jesus. Sounds almost cruel, if you ask me.

In our society, passion, as positively connotated, refers to a driving energy to fuel motivation, making it easier to commit to something, keeping you going when others might give up. This emotion has an endless list of features. Same as food to your body though, in an overdose, it can turn from fuel to sickness.

In order to moderately balance passion as a “barely controllable emotion”, we are going to shift into a new mode and use a different primarily force.

    WHY?

Because that force, we are going to talk about is not exactly an emotion, it’s rather closely related, but more of a cognitive drive or motivational state. So listen closely if you want to take back the control and utilize this simple shift to change your course towards Burnout!

  • Streamline the chaos by simply: grounding, grounding, GROUNDING!

I stood at the edge of the hilltop, my breath heavy from the climb. Below me, the town stretched out like a miniature model—cars inching along roads, people moving through their daily routines, unaware that I was watching from above.

Up here, the world looked different. The problems that had felt so overwhelming an hour ago seemed smaller, like scattered pebbles instead of towering walls. I imagined myself as a bird, gliding effortlessly over it all, seeing the bigger picture.

Closing my eyes, I took a deep breath, feeling the wind wrap around me. The weight in my chest loosened. The world would keep moving, and so would I. But for now, I would just stand here—above the noise, above the rush—remembering that I was part of something vast, something steady.

A deep and extensive grounding practice awaits you here, that will not only reconnect and center you within yourself, but also take all those loose ends and unify them to one smooth cord.

  • Reminder: SPA date starts in 1 minute || Join now!

Your invitation to a beautiful Sunday SPA you don’t even need to leave your house for. Prepare for a new, dynamic and energetic week with this wholesome meditation that comes along with a nice little gratitude practice. Even if your day is packed, even if you have to sneak into the bathroom to take out those 15 minutes in peace and quiet, go along with it as it will be incredibly beneficial for your nervous system and overall state of calm.

At best, I recommend to save this meditation for the last minutes of your day, just before you drift off into sleep. Supporting your dreams, the quality of your sleep and your subconsciousness to dwell in the luxury of your creative imagination.

3 years ago I began implementing the habit of writing down 3 things I am grateful for, every morning, and every evening. Struggling to find meaningful aspects seemed difficult to me at first. After the worst two weeks I came into a flow and almost couldn’t stop at 3. Today, reminding myself daily about what I am truly grateful for has changed the way I go through my day, does not take any longer than brushing my teeth and after years of emotional numbness and “feeling okay”, I finally got back to feeling deeply happy from the bottom of my heart.

  • Hello Powernap! 10 minutes to Reconnect and Embrace positivity

As little as 10 minutes can make all the change on your day. Spoil yourself with this short little diddy to step into a new perspective. The beauty of self care is not a matter of time and surely is not a matter of selfishness. It is about filling up your jar to then be able to serve others – as you probably do for most of the remaining time of the day.

Even if you sleep through the duration of this meditation, know that your brain can still absorb some of its benefits. Your subconscious mind is listening, your parasympathetic nervous system will respond while you take in all the relaxation. And if nothing else, you will absolutely absorb the calm.

Save or download this episode to quickly access it any day you need a quick fix to reconnect, realign your mind, body and spirit and redirect your energy towards expansion and light.

  • Boost cell renewal: how to help your system recharge faster and more efficiently

3-4 times more efficient than sleep, Yoga Nidra works miracles on your health and well-being through supporting the process of cell regeneration. Meaning that, especially in stressful times and phases that demand so much of your energy, this practice will help you gather your strength and refocus in a shorter amount of time.

Activating the parasympathetic nervous system, it helps shift the body from a stressed ‘fight or flight’ mode to a relaxed ‘rest and digest’ mode, lowering your cortisol level and thereby reducing anxiety.

There is more: this yogic sleep stimulates the production of delta and theta brain waves positively effecting the quality of your sleep, your intuition and creativity.

A little goes a long way – you don’t have to change your entire life, all of your habits and eliminate your vices all at once. Small and nearly seamless actions can improve so much already.

  • Pull the trigger to finally create the change you have been craving for so long

    How to stop disappointing yourself.

What researchers call the “intention-action gap” shows that onlyabout 30-50 % of people who intend to make change actually follow through. In addition to that, it also shows that people often take 6 months or more from first thinking about a change to actually taking action.

Uff, what a waste of time, isn’t it? 6 months full of mind racking overthinking, walking miles in-between the point of accepting the circumstance and the point of jumping off the edge to take action. Procrastination is a major elephant in the room.

If you listen closely though, how many times have you been close to taking action, but didn’t follow through and ended up feeling terrible about chickening out?

Let’s break that pattern, let’s make sure, from now on you will feel like a rockstar as you will use the momentum and act despite fear of the consequences! Tune in to this episode for a powerful meditation.

To support building new habits, this might also help you to speed up action:

    • Set a deadline – You will act faster when you have a time constraint.
    • Break it into small steps – Lowers resistance to change.
    • Use accountability – Social support increases follow-through.
    • Increase motivation – Clear rewards and emotional reasons help.

  • What to expect when you’re not expecting – a life changing shift to more freedom

Imagine a life where you wake up each day without the weight of rigid expectations—where youembrace the unknown with an open heart and a peaceful mind.Living without expectations doesn’t mean abandoning goals or aspirations; rather, it’s aboutreleasing the need for control and allowing life to unfold naturally.

Find out what (else) happens when you let go of expectations and learn how to find joy in the unexpected gifts life has to offer.

Living this way opens doors to new opportunities, experiences, and perspectives. It allows us to move through life with curiosity rather than resistance, gratitude rather than dissatisfaction. It is the ultimate freedom—freedom from the constraints of "should" and "must," and the ability to fully embrace what is.

Let go of expectations, and watch how life surprises you in the most beautiful ways. 🌿✨
