Of course, non of us would admit, that we only start, pull through or succeed if our system supports us. And yet, subconsciously the reaction of people in our closest environment impacts our motivation and excitement, especially in the long run. Letting others impact your belief and determination regarding your ideas, goals and dreams is not only poisonous, but incredibly human too.
The truth is though – and I am quoting Jay Shetty here – If you do what you want, they’ll misunderstand you. If you do what they want, they’ll misunderstand you. If you speak up, you’re too much, if you stay quiet, you’re distant. … If you succeed, you’ve changed. If you struggle, you’re not doing enough. ….The truth is, you’ll be misunderstood, no matter what you’ll do. So you might as well be misunderstood for doing what you love.
Meaning that, your ideas matter! If you believe in something, it does not matter what someone else thinks about it. You need to differentiate whether their critical talking is objective and constructive feedback or if they say these things, because they are afraid of you changing through success and becoming someone, they don’t know. Although they love you (or because they do), they sometimes fear that you follow through with your ideas and chasing dreams, because they don’t have the courage to do so.
State an example for them today and SHARE this episode with someone who needs a little push to become their own Cheerleader, going after what they love.

“Change is constant. Are you flowing or fighting?”
Don’t take my word for it. The most successful people and impactful leaders on this planet don’t just cope with change — they leverage adaptability as a core personal and strategic advantage. Here’s how they use it, intentionally and consistently:
You see how adaptability an incredible superpower.
Fewer attachments, letting go off control and having less expectations gifts you freedom, develops your feminine energy and helps you learn how to accept things that you cannot change.
In todays episode we are going to cover grounds about how to be empowered by adaptability to respond effectively rather than react emotionally, use it to become more successful, stable, and fulfilled across all areas of life.

Who would have thought, that having too many options can cause literally as many problems (if not more), than not having options. I want to state, that we are talking about ‘upper pyramid’ problems here and yet it’s such a relevant, widely spread issue that is constantly putting us into freeze mode.
Who can relate to being in a mall or clothing store, blank minded walking through like a zombie, putting hands on a piece, putting it back, trying on some items, kind of liking them, but not being super emotional about it, then ending up leaving the store empty handed and frustrated?
And who can relate to feeling kind of defeated at work, questioning and considering other career options (again), but getting lost in all directions as there are so many routes you could take, lots of fun jobs you could be interested in, hobbies you always felt kinda drawn to making a living off?
What usually happens next?
Right, nothing. We freeze. Spinning and turning, going back and forth between opportunities, research, self-reflection and questions once more.
In this episode we are going to look in the eye of the uncertainty storm to hack the system and unfreeze. Learn what it takes to move past the fear of making a wrong decision as a medium stay in motion and keep taking actions.
MAKE SURE TO LISTEN ALL THE WAY UNTIL THE END – as I have a wonderful little insight for you I don’t want you to miss out on!!!
And one more thing to consider:
It’s more important to be respected, than liked.

Don’t let your emotions dictate your actions, instead let your actions dictate your emotions!
All jokes aside. I want you to become serious about finally starting to use your breath for every life situation. I want you to start realizing, that the single most important tool you need in order to be in control of your emotions, your life and your reactions is your breath.
So, when bad news comes along, before you do anything, before you blink and before you react in any way, BREATHE.
In this episode you are going to learn and experience about one of the easiest forms of controlled breathing techniques to regulate your breath and its immediate effects on the way you feel as well as the state it puts your mind and body in.
Once you experience this, I promise, you will want to integrate it into your daily practice.
And, “not enough time” is not the excuse here. Think about it, not only can you shorten the practice to as little as 5 minutes a day (although I do recommend to take 15 minutes if you can), but also, you can do it at any point during your day. So even if you are on your way to work, having a lunch break or sitting in the doctor’s waiting room – you have got your breath, you can modify to your preference, you can leave the 3-part breath and simply focus on box breathing into your belly.
But of course, same as with any of our exercises, you have to start, you have to do the work. Imagine what you’d be capable of, when proactively regulating your own emotions:
– make better decisions
– have healthier relationships
– improve your mental health
– gain more confidence
– manage stress better and experience greater professional success
– find freedom by stopping to give power away, liberate yourself on the emotional level and become truly who you are, by choice, not by reaction.

All of us, and I mean 100% of population have asked this question at least once in their lives–consciously or subconsciously: WHO AM I ?
And also, WHY AM I HERE? What is my purpose in life?
This ultimate goal that a life’s purpose provides seems so worth longing for. Understanding where we are headed, giving structure, clarity, something to hold onto, when insecurity kicks in. While some people find the answer in early age, some of us may never find it until the last day.
If you feel like it is time, you finally want to find out who you really are, to simply understand, then you need to listen to this.
If you have been suffering in the past, from everything that’s happened “to” you, making decisions you have ended up regretting and if only you had known before, you would have chosen differently….
Class is in session, because after you listen to this, you will not think the same about yourself and your own identity.

Our breath is a powerful medicine that starts working the day we are born. Our breath has the ability to change everything for us, physically, mentally and spiritually. Unfortunately, no one teaches us how to use this tool properly. We breathe subconsciously, on autopilot, and by that, we miss out on so much vitality our system has to offer.
In this episode, we are learning and practice using a Pranayama (breathing) technique, that focusses on activation and creation of fire in our body. What it means: we are creating heat, heat equals the element of fire, equals energy. Thereby it is the perfect practice to re-activate when you feel tired, sluggish, lack of motivation, sad, weak, like doing nothing at all.
On the physical level, there is another bonus coming along – as we forcefully exhale, sucking our belly buttons towards the spine and creating a fast paced, wave-like motion, we also massage our internal organs, detoxify and stimulate our digestive system.
And YES, I am going to breathe WITH you as I want this to be a joint practice. Trust me, just recording this, I already felt the effects.
THE MORE YOU GIVE, THE MORE YOU GET!

Drop your weapons and be still!
What sounds like a phrase from an action movie is a shoutout for you to truly listen and question.
Why do we reach for what we do when life gets overwhelming? In this episode, we explore the quiet (and sometimes unconscious) ways we learn to protect ourselves—whether through distraction, control, avoidance, or numbing.
Coping mechanisms are neither good nor bad—they’re survival tools. But some of them, while once necessary, begin to weigh us down. Together, we look at where these patterns come from, what they’ve done for us, and how to gently shift toward responses that actually heal.
This meditation is both tender and direct, weaving together lived experience and space for self-reflection. Whether you're someone who overthinks, shuts down, stays busy, or just needs to understand your own patterns a little more clearly—this one's for you.

When emotions or sensations arise, you literally have 3 options:
And while the integration is only step two, it is the only way to become happier in your life. Imagine being able to have any type of sensation in your body arising, without the need to react to it, without the urge to compensate it.
So step 1 is to detach yourself from your emotion. Really embracing the fact, that whatever it is you feel, IS NOT WHO YOU ARE. It does not define you. You do not identify with it.
Instead, you observe, give it space and let it be there. Once you can do that, knowing that the sensation is there and knowing, that it does not identify who you are, you can integrate it and value its presence.
In this episode, we are going to focus on step 1, learning how to detach from any present sensation. Whether it’s pain, anger, fear, sadness, grief, or also joy, pleasure, excitement….

It’s not enough to only physically be connected to the ground, the earth. In order to establish stability, sense of security and belonging, but first and foremost self-connection, it takes awareness and your presence in this very moment.
Especially when feeling dissociated, spaced out or overwhelmed, a grounding practice can help you balance out and center yourself. So yes, you can absolutely use it as an emergency aid. But even if you seek a more preventative measure, this meditation is your go to during transitions, before/after sleep, after long screen time, heavy Emotional or Breathwork.
A wonderfully soft and gentle grounding meditation is right here, at finger length reach.

Perfectionism often wears a clever disguise—appearing as ambition, high standards, or drive. But beneath the surface, it can feel like a relentless inner critic, leaving us stuck in cycles of self-doubt, procrastination, or burnout.
In this gentle and empowering episode, we’ll swiftly explore what perfectionism really is, where it comes from, and how it shows up in our lives. For the most part though, we want to focus on reflective practices to untangle from the pressure to be flawless and reconnect with the freedom of being human.
This is not about giving up on excellence—it’s about learning to move forward with more ease, clarity, and self-compassion. You'll leave with practical tools to quiet the critical voice, set healthier boundaries with your inner perfectionist, and make space for joy, creativity, and authenticity.
Come as you are. No need to be perfect—just present.
