To start off this pop culture ep, we chat about the Zillennial Cult Comedy Cinematic Universe (as coined by The Ringer). Featuring the likes of Rachel Sennott, Ayo Edebri and Molly Gordon, we ask why the 27-year-olds feel like our friends and the new era of storytelling. 

For the first time we chat about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. A few weeks after they were spotted at an NFL game together, we discuss the media's reaction to the news and the theory that Taylor attending the Jets game was an SEO play. 

Next, a piece by Sienna Ludbey of Hello Sisi for Fashion Journal went semi-viral across Australian media. “Snail girl era”: Why I’m slowing down and choosing to be happy rather than busy, charts the work/life balance movement that chooses a slow life over the previous girl boss eras we've seen. 

We discuss our own thoughts on this trend and whether it's a privileged take. 

Finally, writer Laura Pitcher summed up our thoughts from a few weeks back on the curated celeb medical photo dumps. In the piece, titled Full Body Scance, Health "Journeys" and The Psychology Of The Medical Photo Dump for Nylon, Laura discusses why the doctor's office has become a hub for content creation.
