Why is Washington D.C. independent from the USA? It is actually recognized as a corporation in tax law! But there are others as well. Could you believe the Vatican & the City of London? Yes...all 3 are separate states, completely independent of their respective countries. To find this out, & confirm the facts literally blew my mind. There is much to be learned about the who, why, & how.
